Let's Talk Work has been set up to be a destination for individuals who are anticipating uncomfortable conversations in the workplace or anyone who is trying to negotiate a return the workplace but has worries about challenging conversations.

Let's Talk Work can also provide knowledge and the practical support needed to help navigate the Employment Tribunal process if you decide to pursue a claim.

My professional experience of difficult conversations means I can help provide you with the tools to make you feel prepared, empowered and in control ahead of your workplace negotiations. I am also able to advise on what the options are if your workplace negotiations are not progressing in the way you would like.

I know first hand how it feels to work in an organisation where inequality is rife, a company that does not respect or support you and all that you offer and where it feels that you are surrounded by leaders that do not care about your well being; I do not believe it is acceptable for people to be less important than profit.

I know it can feel incredibly daunting to make the decision to engage in what you believe are difficult conversations but you’re not alone and with the right plan you can feel a lot more confident and authoritative.
